Editing of MARC-21 records - use of Authority files

During data entry or editing of catalogue records, it is possible to invoke appropriate authority file.
The screen shot below shows this. In this, the cataloguer does a search for the name 'Drucker' to
see all the entries in the Personal Name authority file. He can  then choose the correct form of
entry, i.e., that which has been already used.
